Cgrain AB develops and manufactures analytical instruments for the visual quality control of cereals using high-tech image analysis.
In 2009, Lantmännen contacted Jaan Luup. They set up a research project to develop the image analysis for seed and grain, a project that resulted in the founding of the company Cgrain AB in 2013.
With more that 30 years of experience in image analysis of cereals, Cgrains's founder and CEO, Jaan Luup, has a deep knowledge of the subject. Jaan Luup developed the sorting instrument, The Seed Scanner, an image analysis instrument used by several seed testing laboratories in Europe quantifying foreign seeds.
